Welcome to SSBB Pilates, where our dynamic classes blend traditional Pilates with a variety of innovative equipment for a comprehensive workout experience! You'll engage with the reformer, chair, arc, MOTR, tower, stationary bike, TRX, BOSU, and various props, ensuring a well-rounded fitness journey. Be ready to work independently and embrace the transformative power of movement as you strengthen your body and invigorate your spirit!

Cancellation Policy
It is the client's responsibility to reschedule or cancel a session 24 or more hours in advance to the start of the scheduled session. If the session is canceled within 24 hours of the session start time, the session will be redeemed for insufficient cancellation notice. All bookings are subject to the signed Procedures and Policies that were agreed to at the time of joining and/or service. A risk and release of liability waiver will be required to be on file in order to proceed with a scheduled session. The PARQ is required to determine current ability to exercise safely. Grip Socks are required for every Pilates session.
