Open House

Please RSVP for this event. There will be a complimentary Mat Pilates class beginning at 9:15 AM and 10:30, they will be 30 minutes each. There will be 14 spots available for each class and your intention to attend ONE of the mat classes will need to be included in your RSVP. Each person attending the event will need to RSVP if they are wanting to participate in one of the Mat Pilates classes. Forms are required to be completed prior to participating in the Mat Pilates class. *Yoga/Pilates mats are not provided, please bring your own mat and grip socks. Shoes and regular socks are not allowed on the floor, so please be prepared to wear grip socks or go barefooted.
