Service Description
At SSBB Pilates, we offer a supportive class designed for those who find it challenging to get down to the floor or getting on and off the reformer, particularly seniors and anyone with ailments or chronic pain. Utilizing a chair, weights, and various equipment, participants will engage in seated and standing Pilates, Neuro reset, and strength exercises. Join us to enhance your fitness journey using brain stimulating and nervous system resetting activities!

Cancellation Policy
It is the client's responsibility to reschedule or cancel a session 24 or more hours in advance to the start of the scheduled session. If the session is canceled within 24 hours of the session start time, the session will be redeemed for insufficient cancellation notice. All bookings are subject to the signed Procedures and Policies that were agreed to at the time of joining and/or service. A risk and release of liability waiver will be required to be on file in order to proceed with a scheduled session. The PARQ is required to determine current ability to exercise safely. Grip Socks are required for every Pilates session.
