Pilates + Reformer Beginner
Service Description
The classes will range in a variety of exercise formats suitable for everyone, especially for those needing special considerations in training. Including scoliosis spines, hyperkyphosis, osteoporosis, pregnant women, pelvic prolapse, and hyperlordosis. This class will incorporate reformer, resistance training, mat Pilates, cardio, foam rolling, and TRX. We will focus on posture correction and pressure management through corrective exercise and keeping the body safe. Breath work will also be included during the beginning of the class.
Cancellation Policy
It is the client's responsibility to reschedule or cancel a session 24 or more hours in advance to the start of the scheduled session. If the session is canceled within 24 hours of the session start time, the session will be redeemed for insufficient cancellation notice. All bookings are subject to the signed Procedures and Policies that were agreed to at the time of joining and/or service. A risk and release of liability waiver will be required to be on file in order to proceed with a scheduled session. The PARQ is required to determine current ability to exercise safely. Grip Socks are required for every Pilates session.
