Service Description
At SSBB Pilates, immerse yourself in a dynamic class where you’ll utilize the reformer to enhance your movement and build the confidence needed for mat exercises. The reformer provides support through springs, pulleys, and the carriage, allowing you to engage your muscles effectively. With access to a variety of Pilates equipment alongside mat work, you can fully experience Pilates in a supportive environment tailored to your journey of cross training for life.

Cancellation Policy
It is the client's responsibility to reschedule or cancel a session 24 or more hours in advance to the start of the scheduled session. If the session is canceled within 24 hours of the session start time, the session will be redeemed for insufficient cancellation notice. All bookings are subject to the signed Service Agreement terms that were agreed to at the time of joining and/or purchasing this service. A risk and release of liability waiver will be required to be on file in order to proceed with a scheduled session. The PARQ is required to determine current ability to exercise safely. Grip Socks are required for every Pilates session and are not provided by SSBB Pilates. Grip Socks are available for purchase, $5 cash or $7 credit card. You may find grip socks on Amazon, Ross, TJ Max, and other retailers in the area.
