Service Description
Come and dance with Stephanie or Claire! They dance into the night and help you shine your light into the night! This is now included in your SSBB Pilates Plus membership! **Important**A liability waiver for SHiNE Tribe 5280 and dance cuffs for shoes are required to attend. Dance cuffs can be purchased on Amazon starting at $6 for a single pair or purchase a pair from SSBB Pilates Plus before attending class by Zelle, cash, or Venmo, for $3 each.

Cancellation Policy
It is the client's responsibility to reschedule or cancel a session 24 or more hours in advance to the start of the scheduled session. If the session is canceled within 24 hours of the session start time, the session will be redeemed for insufficient cancellation notice. All bookings are subject to the signed Procedures and Policies that were agreed to at the time of joining and/or service. A risk and release of liability waiver will be required to be on file in order to proceed with a scheduled session. The PARQ is required to determine current ability to exercise safely. Grip Socks are required for every Pilates session.
